At GIET University, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. No Refund Policy

GIET University follows a strict No Refund Policy for all services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Digital Marketing Services

  • Database Provider for Marketing

  • Bulk WhatsApp Services

Once a payment has been made and the service has been initiated, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to review their requirements before making a purchase.


2. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request the cancellation of a service before the work has begun. However, once the service has started, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Any requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to connect@tirthaagency.com.

  • If a cancellation is approved before the service has begun, GIET University reserves the right to deduct administrative and processing fees from the amount paid.


3. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may be considered only in the following rare scenarios:

  • If GIET University is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen technical issues.

  • If a duplicate payment is made by the client, in which case the excess amount may be refunded upon verification.


4. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Clients are requested to contact us for any concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and blacklisting from future services.
